Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email, a securely hashed password, and a display name.
• Characters: Tibia character names you add, plus their public data (level, vocation, world) fetched from the TibiaData API, and — for verification — your character’s public comment.
• Hunts & bounties: the session text you paste, computed stats, optional notes, optional screenshots, and bounty/reward records.

How we store your session

We keep your login token and a cached role in your browser’s localStorage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run the service: parse and display hunts, compute community efficiency stats, verify character ownership, and operate the bounty rewards leaderboard and raffles.

What’s public

Hunts you publish, your public profile (display name, medals, verified characters), and leaderboard standings are visible to everyone. Private hunts and your email are not. We never sell your data.

Third parties

We rely on TibiaData (character/highscore lookups) and our hosting providers (Vercel, Render, Supabase) and object storage (Cloudflare R2) to operate. Tibia and Tibia Coins are trademarks of CipSoft GmbH; this site is a fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft.

Your choices

You can remove characters and set hunts to private at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
